What’s the Difference Between Matrixyl Synthe’6 and Matrixyl 3000™?

What’s the Difference Between Matrixyl Synthe’6 and Matrixyl 3000™?

Matrixyl 3000™

Matrixyl 3000™ is made of two peptides called Palmitoyl-Tripeptide and Palmitoyl-Oligopeptide that have been designed to work perfectly together to support collagen synthesis for bouncy, youthful looking skin. It reinforces skin from the inside out, smoothing out the signs of ageing and nourishing skin. For these reasons, we’ve formulated a Matrixyl 3000™ Serum and included it in our eye creams and facial mists.

Matrixyl Synthe’6

Matrixyl Synthe’6, also called Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38, works in a similar way to Matrixyl 3000™, but has been developed to specifically target 6 skin rebuilding essentials, including 3 specific types of collagen:

Collagen I – The main collagen component of skin.

Collagen III – The type of collagen that is first present in the very early stages of tissue repair.

Collagen IV – The collagen responsible for smoothing skin at a cellular level.

Fibronectin A – A protein that stimulates repair of tissue.

Hyaluronic Acid – Improves skin hydration, elasticity, and moisture.

Laminin-5 – Strengthens and smooths the dermis.

Focusing on these 6 essentials ensures that skin can smooth and repair wrinkles at a cellular level, dramatically reducing the signs of ageing while rebuilding and strengthening skin.

Which one should I use?

The bottom line is – if you’re trying to decide which one to use, they’re both incredibly potent and effective at what they promise to do. Neither one is inherently better than the other – they both support collagen synthesis in slightly different ways.

Most people like to use both in their skin care routine to maximise the effectiveness of both these amazing ingredients on their skin – since they are also nourishing and non-irritating, there’s no risk of ill side effects from using both.
