1. INTRODUCTION & AGREEMENT
1.1 Please review these terms and conditions before using our site or placing an order with us. Please note that by using this website and placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions that appear below. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the website. 1.2 In this terms and conditions we may refer you as (“you” or “customer) and UK Skinlabs Ltd as (“Timelessha.eu”, “us”, “our” or “we”).
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
2.1 Free delivery is offered on all orders over €50 or £50 on Timelessha.eu. Orders below €50 / £50 are charged at a flat rate of €6.99 or £5.99 per order.
2.2 We aim to process all orders placed before 12pm the same business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing times may change and increase when there is a heavy demand, e.g. after promotional offers and holidays.
2.3 Delivery times and services:

Timelessha.eu orders placed to United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail or by other courier services such as DPD depending on destination and size and weight of the order. Orders are normally sent with recorded delivery and a signature may be required on delivery. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, you must arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time. Simply call the phone number on the ‘Failed Delivery Card’ to arrange a time of delivery that suits you). Unfortunately the delivery companies sometimes fail to leave a “Failed Delivery Card”, therefore it is the customers responsibility to keep a track on their order with the tracking number provided to you by us. Failed delivery attempt is normally held with the post depot or courier up to maximum 7-14 days before being returned to us.

Timelessha.eu orders placed to European destinations are sent by Royal Mail or by other courier companies such as DPD, TNT or DHL depending on destination and size and weight of the order. Orders sent by Royal Mail or DPD are normally delivered by the national postal services in your country. Orders are normally sent with a tracked delivery service and a signature may be required on delivery. Failed delivery attempt is normally held with the post depot or courier up to maximum 7-14 days before being returned to us. Some destinations requires customers to pickup parcel from pickup point. Home delivery is not guaranteed for some countries.

Timelessha.eu orders placed to destinations outside Europe are sent by Royal Mail or by other courier companies such as DPD, TNT or DHL depending on destination and size and weight of the order. Orders sent by Royal Mail or DPD are normally delivered by the national postal services in your country. Orders are normally sent with a tracked delivery service and a signature may be required on delivery. Some destinations requires customers to pickup parcel from pickup point. Home delivery is not guaranteed for some countries.
*Delivery times shall be considered as indicative timeframe as there might be subject to delays with the courier especially during holiday seasons.
2.4 Deliveries to destination that are not in the European Union may be subject to import duties and custom charges. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
2.5 We deliver to the countries listed on the Website. However we reserve the right to cancel your order if it becomes apparent, in our opinion and experience, that the postal services in your location are too unreliable. We will in this case notify you by email.
2.6 We will deliver all Products comprised in your order in one delivery. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.
2.7 We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost, which we will add to your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete address or failed delivery you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. Note that we will do this independently of potential free delivery offers. We cannot offer free delivery twice. If requesting refund we will deduct all the return postage fees from the refund amount.
2.8 You must contact us within 14 days for any issues with your delivery. We are unable to investigate or assist with order issues that has passed the 14 days time frame.
3. PRICES & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
3.1 Prices and offers can be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent out to you.
3.2 Promotional codes and offers cannot not to be used in conjunction with other offers, excluding reduced items. We have the right to cancel any orders which promotional codes or offers has been misused or abused, even on discount codes that has worked in conjunction with other offers due to technical issues. Discounts will be automatically applied to qualifying promotional items at checkout or after discount codes has been applied at cart or checkout page.
4.1 On Timelssha.eu we offer following secure payment methods:
Stripe: Credit/ Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express),
PayPal: Pay with your PayPal account or if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay by card through PayPal (Visa, MasterCard or American Express, Maestro and Visa Electron).
4.2 We accept payments in following currencies; EURO, GBP and USD
4.3 Orders will not be process until your order has been paid for in full.
4.4 All payments may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the payment processor or the card issuer. Please understand that we cannot control if your payment gets refused or declined. We advise you to contact your card issuer if you have problems making payments online as it is normally declined at their end.
4.5 Timeless.eu does not store any Credit/ Debit card details.
5.1 Once an order has been processed we will not be able to cancel it. We cannot stop an order once you have “Checked Out”. If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, you will need to return the order. To return an order or item, please read the returns section.
6.1 If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange provided that goods are returned to us within 7 days after receiving it. Before returning any items you must contact us first by email (email@example.com) or through the Contact page to make sure you get the correct return instructions.
6.2 Returns are only accepted if products are unused, in sealed packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
6.3 You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling costs. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded and insured delivery service.
6.4 For returns due to incorrect, damaged or faulty products we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate and cover return charges, in accordance with your legal rights. You have to inform and contact us within 7 days from the day the order is delivered if you received incorrect, damaged or faulty products.
6.5 For returns that are returned to us due to “failed” or “uncollected” delivery we will charge handling and shipping charges before issuing refund or process any exchange.
6.6 Returns are normally handled within 7 working days by our returns department from the day we receive the return. But can be subject to delays during busy seasons.
6.7 Please be aware: We do not accept returns on the 20% C+E Ferulic Acid Serum. Please be advised that this is a skin care product and due to its short expiry and hygiene reasons we are unable to re-sell this product to any other consumer. Therefore this specific serum is exempt from the 14 days return policy and exempt from consumer contract regulations.

7.1 We will usually process the refund to you as soon as the return has been handled and accepted. Refunds can be subject to delays, in any case, not later than within 30 days provided that we have all necessary information needed.
7.2 Shipping charges are not refundable.
7.3 We will refund any money received (excluding shipping charges) from you using the same method originally used when placing the order.
